Sonea2 is a platform for comprehensive management of travel agency offer, sales and service. The system was developed for small and medium-sized travel agencies in the form of a web application providing tools for comprehensive business management.
Sonea 2 web-based application functionalities allow for the creation and parametrization of offers, the presentation of descriptions and booking calendars, the centralized management of offer publication on the websites, both individual as well as on partner sites. Sonea 2 supports the bookings made by customers, conducts confirmation and contracting process, accepts and verifies transactions, then generating statement reports and payment statuses. One of its key functionalities is an integrated CRM system that stores customer information: data and purchase history.
Sonea2 is also a tool supporting the management of a travel agency. Its built-in features allow for an ongoing monitoring of sales, cash flow, conducting settlements with partners, monitoring cash flow, generating current and updated financial reports and occupancy analysis of travel offers, which in turn enables the effective management of travel agency offer.
